We are all Marketing was brought onboard to develop Typhoo's new brand mission - to end violence against women on tea plantations. With only a few assets to work from we were tasked with developing full brand guidelines, tone of voice, website, social media and illustrations to bring new Typhoo to market. With a sensitive subject matter and the need to protect identities of the real women on plantations, my initial task was to produce a range of illustrations where photography couldn't be used. Earthy tone and sketched styles were used to give every element a hand-made tactile appearance.
We also created a detailed brand guidelines with a strong emphasis on on tone of voice. All the work was complete to a tight deadline of when the new product would reach retailers, which the team successfully reached.
